Responsibilities:
● General job site labor, including debris hauling and disposal.
● Assisting the Plumber Rover with repairs or replacements of various sewer lines and pipes.
● Supporting the installation of water heaters and wall heaters.
● Keeping the work area clean and orderly at the end of each day.
● Preparing materials for each job and ensuring they are well-stored.
● Picking up and transporting supplies to job sites as needed.
● Participating in monthly safety meetings and executing tasks in line with safety protocols.
● Reporting any property conditions that may pose hazards.
● Completing bi-weekly timesheets accurately and on time.
● Assisting with other trades and performing additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
● One year of prior plumbing experience.
● Familiarity with plumbing tools like hydro jet, sewer machine snake, and jackhammer.
● Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
● Strong customer service skills.
● A work vehicle (truck or van) and your own hand tools.
● The capability to drive to different locations.
● The physical ability to walk apartments, grounds, and navigate steps and steep gangways.
