Responsibilities:
● Maintain and repair water heaters, tankless & filtration systems, drain, sewer, water, and gas lines
● Perform routine inspections on a variety of plumbing systems
● Provide guidance and training to Apprentices/Helpers
● Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
● Preferred experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems
● A Journeyman or Master Plumbers License (preferred but not mandatory)
● Ability to pass a post-offer pre-employment drug screen and potential background checks

● Ability to troubleshoot effectively and provide solutions
● Proper and safe use of tools and related equipment
● Experience in providing customer-related services

● Ability to work independently in a commercial setting
Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
● Outdoor job sites and varying weather conditions
● Frequent physical activity including climbing, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds
● Exposure to typical construction materials and chemicals
