Responsibilities:
● Major installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing & heating systems
● Perform skilled plumbing tasks independently or with a helper/apprentice
● Provide residential and light commercial service plumbing
● Diagnose, repair, and replace hot water tanks & tankless systems
● Repair, replace, and install plumbing fixtures including sinks, water closets, showers, and more, following plumbing codes
● Communicate effectively with customers about repairs, replacements, and upgrade options
● Utilize ServiceTitan daily
● Note: No drain cleaning – we have a dedicated drain cleaning department

Qualifications:
● Connecticut Journeyman License – P2
● Proven experience in residential and light commercial plumbing
● Well water system experience is a plus
● Water treatment system experience preferred
● Proficient with plumbing tools and equipment
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills
● Solid math and problem-solving abilities
● Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
