Key Responsibilities:
● Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems while diagnosing and troubleshooting issues
● Sell plumbing work on current jobs and new business
● Develop strategy for growing our plumbing business in the market
● Build and lead a high-performance team of plumbers
● Train, mentor, and guide current and new technicians
● Communicate and train other departments on our plumbing offerings
● Create a high-performance environment without excuses
● Challenge peers, hold yourself accountable, and raise the bar every day
● Know your numbers and live in your KPIs
● Take initiative and create momentum in plumbing opportunities
● Support teammates and promote continuous growth and leadership
Qualifications:
● Years of experience in the plumbing trade
● Certified or licensed plumber (helpful but not required)
● Strong leadership skills
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Highly self-motivated and disciplined
● Always improving and learning from others
● Actively seeking mentorship, coaching, and new techniques
