Responsibilities:
● Conduct inspections of plumbing systems as required
● Provide direction and support to sub-contractors designated to perform repairs
● Interface with building managers and customer representatives to ensure client satisfaction
● Accurately document work performed on trouble tickets or work orders
● Place and/or remove systems, hardware, and equipment as required
● Purchase materials and supplies, and maintain inventory for timely work completion
● Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
● High School diploma or equivalent
● State License Journeyman in Plumbing (required)
● WSSC certification is a plus
● Backflow Certification is a requirement
● Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
● Minimum of five (5) years of plumbing experience in a service role
● Able to lift up to sixty (60) pounds
● Capable of ascending ladders up to thirty (30) feet
