We are currently seeking a Service plumber for our Richmond location. With main responsibilities for installing maintaining, repairing various plumbing systems in a commercial and light industrial setting. Efficiently ensuring operation of plumbing fixtures, pipes and various systems. Please review the information listed below and apply.
Main Responsibilities:
Installation and Maintenance:
● Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems.
● Collaborate with team members to ensure proper placement and connection of plumbing components in new construction projects.
Diagnosis and Troubleshooting:
● Identify, diagnose, troubleshoot plumbing issues.
● Recommend and implement upgrades to improve system efficiency and compliance with plumbing codes and regulations.
● Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls.
● Work efficiently to resolve urgent issues and prevent further damage.
Customer Service:
● Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
● Provide explanations and recommendations to customers regarding plumbing issues, repairs, and maintenance.
Compliance:
● Ensure all work complies with relevant plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Documentation:
● Maintain accurate records of work performed.
Team Collaboration:
● Coordinate with team members to ensure the seamless integration of plumbing systems with other building components.
