Responsibilities:
● Supervise and lead a small group of employees and laborers
● Install and repair water pipes and plumbing fixtures
● Maintain plumbing systems and ensure compliance with safety regulations
● Order supplies and equipment needed for plumbing tasks
● Fill out daily reports and enforce discipline among crew members
● Collaborate with the Buildings Foreman to receive and transmit work assignments
● Address clogged drains and perform other manual duties as required
Qualifications:
● Current valid Massachusetts Master Plumbers License
● Two years of paid experience as a plumber
● Current valid Massachusetts Class D Driver’s License with a safe driving record
● Strong knowledge of plumbing tools, practices, and equipment
● Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
● Excellent communication skills for reporting and organizing work teams
● Ability to work in various environmental conditions and perform physical tasks
● Basic computer skills or willingness to learn to use technology relevant to the job
