Maintenance Repair Worker

We are Titan Properties USA and we are seeking a full time Maintenance & Repairs specialist.

We are needing to hire someone asap for the position of Property Maintenance/Repairs/Make Ready.

Skills /TraitsYou Must Have to Be Considered:

-Reliable every day transportation
-No criminal background
-Ability to fix ordinary household breaks (things commonly that come up in property maintenance)
-Drywall knowledge-Minor Electrical (ceiling fans, light switches, some breaker box knowledge)-Minor plumbing (dishwasher installation, fixing running toilets, toilet installation, leaking faucets)

Flooring work, installation of carpet is not absolutely required but very very helpful. The more you know, the more you can do, the higher on the wage scale you’ll be.

Other Skills that would be great but not absolutely necessary:

-Water Heater installation
-Major electrical
-HVAC knowledge

If you have a Plumbing License or are very skilled in plumbing, each major plumbing job we send you on will pay 33% more.

We really need someone reliable, and willing to be a team player. Someone who will fix issues within our properties, help with our quality control, perform make readys, show up when they say they will, and take immense pride in their work. Honesty and Integrity are vital.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
