Communicate with customers in a positive and professional manner Work with outside vendors to purchase material and equipment Train and lead apprentices and/or helpers Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance meet the requirements and applicable codes Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license and insurable driving history 3+ years of experience in residential installation plumbing Strong troubleshooting skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Willingness to work in all types of weather Ability to use tools of the trades, including but not limited to plumbing snakes, augers, drills, saws, hammers, measuring tape, levels, and screwdrivers Ability to train and lead plumbing apprentices and helpers Journeyman or Master Plumbing license preferred
