As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you’ll play a pivotal role in our fast-paced environment, handling a significant volume of inbound calls. Your main responsibilities will include scheduling service appointments, presenting additional services, processing payments, discussing maintenance agreements, and performing essential administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Deliver an Exceptional Customer Service Experience: Create ‘Wow!’ moments for customers through outstanding service. Manage Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handle a variety of customer inquiries, while also proactively reaching out to customers during downtime. Renew Maintenance Agreements: Assist with renewals to ensure long-lasting customer relationships. Payment Processing and Billing: Efficiently process payments and update billing information. Proactive Customer Outreach: Contribute to our outreach efforts through postcard mailers and other initiatives. Task Logging: Maintain accurate records of tasks and interactions for future reference. Dispatch Board Understanding: Familiarize yourself with the dispatch board to optimize scheduling. Identifying Opportunities: Recommend additional services to customers, enhancing their experience. Handling Changes and Inquiries: Assist customers with appointment adjustments, cancellations, and refunds, while addressing account-related queries. Continuous Growth: Maintain a proactive approach to personal and professional development. Administrative Support: Contribute to general administrative tasks that help keep our operations running smoothly. Minimum Qualifications: 2 years of Customer Service Experience: Display a proven track record of delivering high-level customer service. ServiceTitan Experience: Familiarity and experience with this specific software program is essential to success in this position. Strong Computer Proficiency: Comfortably navigate computer systems and software. Exceptional Communication Skills: Excel in both verbal and written communication. Phone Enthusiast: Enjoy engaging with customers over the phone and providing assistance. People-Centric Attitude: Possess a friendly, outgoing, and approachable demeanor. High School Diploma or Equivalent: A solid educational foundation to build upon. Pass Background Check and Drug Screen: Maintain a clean record to ensure a trustworthy team.
