We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Licensed Plumber to oversee and execute a wide range of plumbing tasks, from installations and repairs to routine maintenance and inspections. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing codes, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing top-notch service.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial properties.
  • Inspect plumbing systems and conduct maintenance or repairs as necessary.
  • Respond to plumbing emergencies promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards and building codes.
  • Read blueprints and schematics to understand the plumbing layout.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to coordinate repairs and improvements.
  • Advise on the selection of plumbing materials and equipment.
  • Estimate time and material costs for plumbing projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, inspection, and repair work.

Requirements:

  • Valid plumbing license in the state of New Mexico.
  • Proven experience as a licensed plumber.
  • In-depth knowledge of maintenance and repairs of plumbing systems.
  • Understanding of local plumbing codes and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or trade school in plumbing is a plus.
  • Physical ability to perform the demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
