Plumbing Foreman

W.G./Welch Mechanical Contractors LLC (WGW) is seeking an experienced Plumbing Site Manager for projects in Maryland, Washington DC, and Virginia. Candidates must be well rounded and understand all phases of plumbing systems. Candidates must be able to manage a project while following plans, specs, and schedules. Plumbing Site Manager must also be able to communicate and coordinate effectively with WGW employees, General Contractor, Owner, Owner Reps, Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, Trades, Inspectors, and Vendors.

Ability to read blueprints
Maintain a safe work environment
Organized and neat – record keeping including, but not limited to, daily reports, payroll time entry, weekly safety meetings
Cross trained in mechanical systems is a plus
Ability to work as required with personal tools

Qualifications:
Journeyman Plumbing and Gas Fitting licenses a plus
Complete knowledge of all codes
Must be familiar with all aspects of Plumbing from the ground through the roof
Must be computer literate and tech savvy
