Position
Full time Office Manager and Dispatcher to work independently and as part of our Customer Service team.
Position reports directly to the CEO while working closely with the Service department Lead Technicians.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage incoming service calls/emails/chats
  • Dispatch & schedule techs
  • Support techs with tools needed to service clients
  • Maintain Service Fusion log (create and follow up on jobs)
  • Parts follow-ups & research
  • Create & edit T&M contracts
  • Create estimates & document change orders for quoted work
  • Service agreements and renewals reporting
  • Create & maintain systems for warranty registrations and call logs
  • Maintain & order office supplies
  • Renew vehicle tags and contractor/business licenses
  • HR tracking including new hire paperwork, track vacation time, payroll
  • Clean shop (trash/floors)
  • Other tasks such as filing, answering phones, etc

Qualifications and Skills
– Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service
– Plumbing industry knowledge and experience preferred but not required
– Prior Office Management experience a plus
– Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
