Aerotek's Client is a commercial plumbing contractor located in Ashburn, VA. They focus on commercial tenant fit out projects within a 40 minute radius of DC. They are currently growing their Ashburn office and are in immediate need of 3 plumbing foreman. These will be direct placements intended to be long term hires for the company. The need for these foremen is coming from the fact that their current superintendent is not bilingual and is unable to lead or communicate with most of their skilled workforce. They need bilingual foremen to translate for the superintendent and lead the crew while he is not on site.
Responsibilities will include running one job sites for 2-3 weeks at a time with 2-4 crew members on site. This person will be a working foreman and will need to be able to perform layouts and material takeoffs.
- Need to read blueprints
- Plumbing Journeymens license is highly preferred
- 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience
- Experience leading 2-3 crew members
- Experience on commercial tenant fit outs
