Job Details:
● Location: Clearwater, FL
● Salary: $18-$25 for Apprentice; $28-$36 for Journeyman
● Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:
● Display a working knowledge and complete the work
● Perform inspections
● Locate piping
● Upload videos
● Access drywall
● Access concrete
● Safely cut cast iron
● Basic plumbing tasks: disconnect and reconnect plumbing
● Installation of bypass pipes
● Pipe cleaning: mechanical/jetting
● CIPP lining set-up
● Inspect and retrieve tape marks
● Set-up wet out areas
● Calculate and build liners
● Calculate and wet out liners
● Retrieve plastic and reinstate lateral connections
● Complete daily reports

Qualifications:
● Proven experience in commercial plumbing
● Strong problem-solving skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Excellent communication skills
● Valid plumbing license (preferred)
