Responsibilities:
● Demonstrate personal commitment to the organization’s core values through active involvement in the quality improvement process.
● Practice safe work habits and attitudes, adhering to safety rules to prevent unsafe conditions.
● Maintain daily contact with management to report on the status of activities in the afternoon shift.
● Assemble, install, adjust, repair, and maintain complex plumbing systems including lift stations and sanitary systems.
● Provide maintenance and repair to domestic water systems, including potable water and reverse-osmosis systems.
● Repair and maintain various plumbing equipment and fixtures such as valves, faucets, toilets, and sprinklers.
● Perform metal fabricating, brazing, cutting, and repairs using gas and electrical welders.
● Assist the Master Plumber in their responsibilities.
● Perform snow removal and salt spreading duties as assigned.
● Carry out all other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
● Journey Plumber certification required.
● High School diploma or equivalent is required, with attendance at hospital equipment training schools.
● A minimum of four years of experience as a Licensed Journey Plumber.
● Strong written and oral communication skills.
● Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
● Ability to provide friendly and professional customer service consistently.
● Critical thinking skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
