Key Areas of Responsibility:
● Represent the company professionally in provided attire, a clean and polished image of company property, “safety first” mindset, and a courteous demeanor with all customers and associates.
● Have excellent time management to manage appointments with dispatch.
● Perform diagnostic services and installation of plumbing in residential environments and ensure that work is performed in accordance with relevant codes.
● Create an authentic experience for the customer around quotes based on diagnostics, installations, membership services, and maximize lead conversion opportunities when the customer needs more attention than what we were called out to do.
● Maintain accurate documentation of service calls, partner with the office for billing activities such as PO’s and parts receipts/slips, and other activities to ensure everyone can service our customers timely.
● Attend regular meetings and trainings. We collaborate, we care, we hear you!

Qualifications:
● Must have a minimum of 4 years of verifiable plumbing experience in a residential service and maintenance operation
● Knowledge of local and national plumbing codes is a must!
● Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
● Basic change order cost estimating experience
● Basic computer proficiency, Microsoft Word, and Excel skills
● Excellent communication and customer service skills
● Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
● Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment as required by the job

Educational/Certification Requirements:
● GED or High School Diploma
● Valid Indiana and/or Kentucky Journeyman or Tradesman license, both preferred, but not required to apply
● Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Working Conditions:
● The position requires working in a variety of environments, including residential homes, commercial buildings, and outdoor sites
● Must be able to work in all weather conditions and be on-call for emergency repairs as needed
