Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable plumber to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems for both residential and select commercial customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a commitment to high-quality work and safety.

Responsibilities:
● Diagnose and repair plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, water heaters, and fixtures
● Perform routine maintenance and service calls for residential and commercial plumbing systems
● Use Service Titan to manage dispatches, work orders, job documentation, and payment processing
● Maintain an organized inventory and restock your service van as needed
● Provide exceptional customer service by clearly explaining repair options, pricing, and solutions
● Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
● Collaborate with the dispatch team to optimize scheduling and minimize downtime
● Conduct thorough inspections to identify and address potential plumbing issues before they escalate
● Install plumbing systems and fixtures when necessary
● Occasionally mentor and oversee plumber apprentices/helpers on job sites to ensure quality workmanship

Skills & Qualifications:
● Proven experience as a service plumber with strong diagnostic and repair skills
● Ability to work independently and efficiently manage daily service calls
● Familiarity with Service Titan or similar service management software (training provided)
● Strong communication skills and excellent customer service abilities
● Ability to lift and carry plumbing equipment and tools
● Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Required Qualifications:
● 1+ years of plumbing experience required
● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (company van provided)
● Must pass a drug test

Preferred Qualifications:
● Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred
