As a Plumbing Master, you will play a key role in our construction team, with duties including:
● Operate as the main contact for general contractors, subs, and clients
● Maintain regular communication with all project stakeholders
● Visit job sites to build strong relationships with site superintendents
● Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics
● Collaborate with accounting on project budgets
● Work with the purchasing manager to secure materials
● Communicate project needs efficiently with field, admin, and accounting teams
● Lead project kickoff meetings
● Ensure contracts accurately reflect project scope and changes
● Oversee project billing approval and change orders
● Supervise employee timekeeping and ensure adherence to plumbing codes
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
● A valid Licensed WY Plumbing Master certification
● A valid WY driver’s license or the ability to obtain one within 3 months
● Master-level knowledge of building and plumbing codes, safety regulations, and practices
● A minimum of three years of experience at the foreman level or higher
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
Regular duties will require you to:
● Communicate with others on-site and via phone
● Sit, stand, move, and use hands to operate tools
● Frequently lift and move objects up to 50 pounds, occasionally over 50 pounds
● Work in various weather conditions and heights, up to 50 feet
