Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

● Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents to prepare accurate estimates.
● Analyze labor, materials, and equipment requirements to determine project costs.
● Solicit and review subcontractor and vendor bids to ensure accuracy and completeness.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
● Create and present detailed cost estimates to project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
● Manage the estimating process, ensuring that all estimates are completed on time and within company standards.
● Update and maintain cost databases for materials and labor to ensure current and accurate pricing.
● Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth transitions from estimating to project execution.
● Identify potential project risks and provide suggestions for cost-saving alternatives.
● Track project performance, including budget adherence and post-project analysis to improve future estimates.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

● 3+ years of experience in construction estimating in plumbing or mechanical systems required.
● Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
● Strong knowledge of construction cost structures, labor requirements, and materials.
● Experience using estimating software (such as Bluebeam or ProEst) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
● Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Arizona is a plus.
● Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.

Job Details:
● Location: 2507 W. Erie Dr., Suite 103, Tempe, AZ 85282
● Shift: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm (Some Saturdays dependent on job site)
● Hourly Rate: $32 – $45 (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities:
● Install, repair, and maintain pipes for carrying water, sewage, gas, and other liquids for industrial and commercial facilities.
● Maintain, repair, and install sinks, toilets, and plumbing fixtures, as well as appliances like dishwashers and garbage disposals.
● Unclog stopped sinks and repair pipes to ensure free-flowing water.
● Communicate effectively with clients, installers, dispatchers, and managers.
● Work primarily in construction with the potential to transition into the service department.
● Teach and guide apprentices as needed.
● Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
● Must be at least 18 years old.
● Eligible to work in the U.S.
● Able to pass a drug test and motor vehicle history check.
● Must be able to converse in English for safety reasons.
● Own a complete tool kit.
● Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs.
● Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
